Try this simple self-reflection exercise:

1️⃣ Write down why achieving your goal would be amazing.
2️⃣ Keep asking yourself, "What’s the best thing about that?" until you hit your core reason.
3️⃣ Now, write down why achieving your goal might be hard or scary.
4️⃣ Keep asking, "What’s the worst thing about that?" to uncover hidden fears.

If your subconscious mind sees more "bad" than "good," it will self-sabotage your success. The good news? Once you bring these fears to light, you can release them and move forward.

Here’s a weird but important truth: Just like our bodies need to eliminate waste, our emotions do too.

When we don’t process emotions properly, they build up—causing:

I call this "emotional poop." 💩 (Yeah, it sounds funny, but stay with me.)

Here are simple ways to "flush out" emotional baggage:

🔹 Check-in with yourself – Ask, "What am I feeling?" Don’t ignore emotions—process them.
🔹 Move your body – Dance, jump, shake it out! Movement releases stored energy.
🔹 Scribble or doodle – Get emotions onto paper without overthinking.
🔹 Journal it out – Write freely and let go of negative thoughts.
🔹 Pray or meditate – Offer up your frustrations to a higher power.
🔹 Destroy it! – Write it down, then rip it up or burn it. Symbolic releases can be powerful.


Clearing Emotional Energy
